Crimped Wire Cloth
Crimp mesh is defined as Undulations in warp and weft wires which intersect at the point of dent and holding each other, thus, having a secured connection. Crimp weave enhance strength and rigidity due to been locked up firmly. Welded Wire Mesh
We have recently added welded mesh product in our facility with the induction of latest equipment. The product is manufactured in conjunction with the horizontal and vertical wires orthogonally crossing over each other through electric fusion to form a square shape. Light welded mesh plant has been erected at the initial stage. There are a number of uses for light weight welded mesh with some of the characteristics highlighted.
Hexagonal Wire Mesh
Hexagonal wire mesh is made up of low carbon grade galvanized wire, stainless steel wire and PVC coated wire. However, at AMS we have so far engineered ourselves in the first two types. The assortments in Galvanized hexagonal wire meshes manufactured are Galvanized Electroplated and Galvanized Hot Dipped before and after weave. Stainless Steels Hexagonal meshes are made in austenitic and ferric steels on customer demand.
Perforated Metal

Expended Metal
It is the process to slit and stretch the sheet simultaneously to form diamond shape. This product is available in the materials of Carbon Steel, Galvanized, Stainless Steel and Aluminum. However, this is procured in Standard Expanded Metal and Flattened Expanded Metal. The Expanded metal mesh can be provided up till 7 ft width in different sizes and width in the thicknesses ranging from 0.6mm to 6mm.

Conveyors Systems are the continuous transporters of vide verity of materials at all temperatures and environment. Most of the formation of conveyor belts consists of alternating left and right hand spirals wires in transverse directions, which are assembled by straight or crimped rods welded or linked with component from ends. Barbed Wire
A very old and widely used product for fencing and security needs. This is a two strand wire with 2-4 point barbs mounted on it. The barbs are 3-6 inches apart from each other and double twisted. This is made in wire gauges of SWG 12, 13 and 14. . Galvanized material (Hot-Dipped and Electroplated wire) and colored are available in our stock.
